To access it, just tap the Settings icon on the right side of your Facebook account. You will then see several different options on the following page to make sure all of your ad options are properly configured.

When all of these are done, you will then be able to edit and customize the colors, images, and text on your ads. This way you will have your ads set up and ready to go before you start marketing.
